Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges 

1. Items must be returned within 5 days after the date item is received. Include the item/s to be exchanged, as well as your order receipt.
2. There is a one-time-only exchange policy for each item and each exchange is final.
3. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any ways and is returned in its original condition with the hang tag.
4. Exchanges are accepted for the same item to a different size or color only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
5. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. If the the stock runs out, we will give you your money back within 3 days.
6. Use the printed label that we provide and fill in the the form .
7. Please use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for any lost of parcel/s in transit. Please note that the cost of mailing the replacement item out to you is born by you. 
8. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has reached us (ETA 3-5 working days), and we will process your exchange accordingly
9. To return, you need to have an active account; if not, you have to register first to our website.
10. Go to your account profile and go to my return; thereby attached a form to be download. 
11. The form must be printed twice, for inside and outside of the package. Form in Black and white A5 paper. 

Refunds

1. Refund is only eligible for faulty product/s, when you receive wrong item/s and wrong quantity. 
2. Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyways and is returned in its original condition with tag/s and label/s still attached.
3. Dear Solange will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer. Any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Please use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for any lost of parcel/s in transit. Please retain a proof of postage.
5. Please Use the pre-printed label attached below and secure it on your parcel/s.
6. Please use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for any lost parcels in transit. Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed
7. Once we have received your return item/s, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once refund is finalised.

Sale

1. Items marked as Sale will not be eligible for return, exchange and/or store credit.

2. If we happen to receive any Sale item/s without notice and with intentions of refund and/or exchange, we unfortunately will not process your request and will automatically ship the item/s back to you. 

International Exchanges

1. We currently do not accept returns and/ or exchanges of international orders. If you happen to receiver ny faulty item/s, wrong item/s and/or  wrong quantity, we will refund the amount through store credit. 

Bank Transfers (transfers from BCA m-Banking): 

1. Click m-Transfer and register your 16 digits account number retrieved upon checkout. 
2. After you’re done with registering, kindly click “Transfer Antar Bank” 
3. Choose Bank BNI (bank code: 009) and your newly registered account number. 
4. Fill in the amount outstanding on “Jumlah Uang” and click “Send” on the top right corner of your mobile phone screen. 
5. Voilà! You’ve just completed your payment, please allow 2-12 hours for us to confirm your payment. 

Bank Transfers (from any ATM machines): 

1. Click “Transfer” 
2. Click “Transfer ke Bank Lainnya” 
3. Fill in BNI Back Code (bank code: 009) 
4. Fill in the amount outstanding 
5. Fill in the 16 digits account number retrieved upon checkout 
6. Click send and you’re done!
