Shipping & Delivery  

1. Dear Solange ships to both across Indonesia and International. 
2. We partner with Sicepat for all domestic shipments (within Indonesia only). 
3. For our overseas shipments, we partner with DHL.
4. For local shipments, your order’s tracking number will be sent to you via text message to your registered mobile number. 
5. For overseas shipments, your order’s tracking number will be sent to you to your registered Email address. 
6. Any package(s) that is/ are lost in the transit process (domestic/ international) will be borne by the designated courier. Therefore, we do not accept any refunds for this matter. However, we can help connect you with the courier’s customer care center. 
7. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
8. We will ship your orders at 4PM WIB (Jakarta Local Time) on the days that we are open.
9. For faster delivery, please place your order(s) and finalize payment before 3PM WIB (Jakarta Local Time).

Bank Transfers (transfers from BCA m-Banking):

1. Click m-Transfer and register your 16 digits account number retrieved upon checkout. 
2. After you’re done with registering, kindly click “Transfer Antar Bank” 
3. Choose Bank BNI (bank code: 009) and your newly registered account number. 
4. Fill in the amount outstanding on “Jumlah Uang” and click “Send” on the top right corner of your mobile phone screen. 
5. Voilà! You’ve just completed your payment, please allow 2-12 hours for us to confirm your payment. 

Bank Transfers (from any ATM machines): 

1. Click “Transfer” 
2. Click “Transfer ke Bank Lainnya” 
3. Fill in BNI Back Code (bank code: 009) 
4. Fill in the amount outstanding 
5. Fill in the 16 digits account number retrieved upon checkout 
6. Click send and you’re done!
